Come join fellow graduates at the 9 November Quarterly Event at Lockheed Martin’s Fighter Demonstration Center!

Prepare yourself for an afternoon of camaraderie, learning, food and drinks! Guests of graduates are also welcome! Our speaker is Col David Caswell  (class of 2001) Head of USAFA's Department of Computer and Cyber Sciences for academics, research, and development. Please RSVP Here.

What: AF Academy Society of Washington DC’s next Quarterly Event - 9 November 2017

When: 9 November 2018, 3:30-5:00

Cost: Free

Where: Lockheed Martin’s Fighter Demonstration Center, (FDC) 2121 Crystal Drive, Arlington, VA, 22202

Who:  Graduates and guests

NOTE: If anyone is a non-US citizen Lockheed also needs your country of citizenship, passport number and passport expiration date. Please call Hannah Ide, the FDC Manager, at 703-413-5887 with this information.

Dress: Uniform of the day, business casual

NOTE: All attendees will need to show a form of photo ID to security upon arrival in the building. If you are a member of the Executive Branch, Political Appointee or Member of the Military you require agency approval to attend this event. PLEASE REVIEW THE ETHICS LETTER. It may qualify as a Widely Attended Gathering pursuant to 5 CFR 2635.204(g). All personnel are strongly encouraged to consult with their supervisor and Designated Agency Ethics Officer (DAEO) prior to attending the event. For members of Congress and Staff this event is designed to comply with the “Reception Exception” to the House and Senate ethics rules. If you have questions, please contact House and Senate Ethics Committee staff. The Ethics Letter is on the RSVP site

Directions/Parking: See Fighter Demonstration Center (FDC) brochure on the RVSP site. Parking is under the FDC. At the intersection of S 23rd Street turn into the parking garage and follow signs to gold/yellow columns labeled 2121. Park your vehicle and proceed to 1st floor Visitor Desk (Lockheed Martin lobby) via elevator.

Monthly Joint Service Academy Business Mixers (JSABM): 2018 Schedule

JSABMs are open to all service academy graduates and are held on the second Tuesday of the month from 5:30 to 8 PM.  Please contact Jess Posey (USNA 1983) at jsabmdc@gmail.com or joint the JSABM LinkedIn Group for further information and announcements.

Mission: For service academy grads that do business locally, this is a way to meet other DC-area service academy grads and expand your network.
 
Format: Casual, business-oriented, no speaker, just networking.
